Do all your solutions use AI models?
Not always. Some problems are best solved with AI agents, others with fast, reliable automation. We build both – from fully AI-powered agents to rules-based WhatsApp and web flows – and we’ll recommend the simplest approach that gets you the outcome.
Are you a marketing or ad agency?
No. We're an AI systems studio. We don't run media or creative campaigns. We design, build and operate the systems behind your customer experience – AI agents and automation workflows that handle things like enquiries, bookings, tenant requests, competitions and internal processes. Agencies often bring us in to build these systems for their clients; businesses work with us directly when they want their own AI-powered ops layer.
What's an AI agent and what's a workflow?
Think of an AI agent as a digital team member that has one main job – for example, answering tenant questions, qualifying leads, or capturing incident reports. A workflow is the step-by-step playbook that agent follows: if the customer says this, check that; if the data looks like this, send it there. We design both the "digital team member" and the playbook they follow, so the work gets done reliably, 24/7, inside your existing tools – while your human team focuses on the conversations and decisions that actually need people.

We begin with an AI Clinic - a focused session to map your needs and identify the best starting point.
What tools do you work with?
We are platform agnostic. We work with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and your existing internal stack.
Do you only work in South Africa?
Our HQ is in Johannesburg, but we serve clients globally. However, our on-site workshops are primarily in SA.
What if our data is messy?
That's normal. Part of our process involves data cleaning and structuring to make it AI-ready.
What does “fair-use AI model usage” mean?
Each suite includes a budget for the costs of the AI models themselves (LLM costs). We size it based on your expected traffic. For normal usage, you won’t ever think about it. If your volume ends up being dramatically higher than planned for a few months in a row, we’ll talk about options before any extra costs are incurred.
What counts as a change request vs a new project?
If it’s a tweak or small extension to an existing agent or workflow, it’s a change request. If it’s a completely new flow, a major redesign, or involves a new system, we treat it as a new managed solution or a separate project and scope it with you.
Can we do one month, get everything built, and then cancel?
No. We either agree a once-off implementation project plus a shorter-term Suite, or we roll the build into a longer commitment. That way we can design properly, launch safely, and support your team as they adopt the system.
